When Jake is at the job site he is there to work. He knew what needed to be done, had or acquired equipment to complete the job (scaffolding, ladders, lifts). Jake also offered suggestions on hidden issues that arose and worked with me to fix them to my satisfaction. Cleaned up the debris daily so as not to have it accumulate. Even though working by himself on all but 2 days, he was able to complete over 3000 sq ft of siding removal and install in 3 weeks of work. His price was right and I would definitely hire him for future construction jobs.
