Terrific, efficient, great customer service

This company has not been paid as I was billed by another company which were paid. They never even started the job. I cannot ascertain who was paid by the receipt sent by email. Flip Flop Handy Man did an excellent job quickly and efficiently hanging a ceiling fan and installing a new range hood.

The 'working' owners and all of their crews are the most customer oriented people we have ever dealt with. They are fast, efficient, precise and know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it right. Every phase/step of the various projects was explained to us in full detail. They also had walk-throughs throughout every step of the projects to make sure everything was proceeding as expected and to our satisfaction. They were very capable of, and did, suggest quality money saving steps, color coordinating ideas, and the pros and cons of the various things we wanted done. They are not only handymen, they are true professionals at what they do. Our projects were completed faster than we were expecting and actually cost less than what we had planned for.

They were asked to provide a very challenging service and developed a plan that required them to use all their years of experience to complete. The job was completed perfectly on time and the cost was less than estimated.

Came within two days of being called. Arrived on time and replaced a garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. Fast, friendly and competent. I highly recommend and will use them again.
