He comes off as a nice personable guy, first job came out fine, then hired him to do another job paid half down and he has not done the project or contacted me.

Shane, who in all communications with him, seemed like a good guy, took half of our money upfront, could not coordinate the appropriate materials, agreed to refund our money, and then stopped communicating with us completely without giving the money back. Luckily, we used our credit card for the payment, who has been able to credit our account, but I post this review in the hopes that anyone who decides to use Shane enters into the agreement with eyes wide open. In my experience, Shane was unprofessional, unethical, and in my opinion, completely unworthy of your business. Most reviews for this company appear positive but search on the internet his name. It appears he has had other stair companies in the past with similar reviews. Very disappointed in the way we were treated by Shane and will make sure anyone looking for stair work knows who to avoid.

"Yes, The Customer ordered custom glass railing which we agreed to install for him. but the glass supply company failed use on getting it made which put us in a very unfortunate position. We did communicated through the entire process and let the customer know that the glass company failed in the manufacturing of the glass. so, yes we are taking the fall for the glass company. The customer was never out any money and it was refunded at there request, even though it was a custom order. We wish them the best and apologize for any inconvenience. Thanks Management!"

Heâ s easy to work with, showed up on time, had great quality of work, and asked a fair price. Iâ d definitely recommend Oklahoma Stair Supply and Shane to anyone needing stairs or railings built.

Shane is a good man. He did a great job with the building of our outdoor steps with a door to enclose the steps for storage and a landing. He secured all the materials and consulted with me to ensure he was doing exactly my wishes.

the company replaced an outside staircase to a 2nd story garage apartment. The work was supposed to take 2 days. They took down the staircase and did not return for over a week, leaving us with no access to the apartment. Once they did return, and supposedly completed the job, we discovered several of the steps were loose. We contacted them and they indicated they would get back ASAP to fix the issue. That was over a week ago. Poor company and horribly managed. Do not use.

"First, let me say this is very unfortunate that a customer would use this way to slander a company without reaching out to us! So here goes, Answer to the first statement about completion in 2 days, this is very true, but what he left out was that after we started the job the customer wife asked the installer that once we tear the old out, would we give her time to hire someone to come out and clean all the tree and debris that was buried under it, the installer stated of course, but we will have to reschedule a new install date a few days down the road to keep scheduling maintained tell she was complete with debris removal(took them 3 Days)."
