I hired this company to do a mold inspection on my home. I picked this company because it had great reviews, but now looking back at the services provided and what I have had to go through with this company, I realize that anyone can have friends and family go and post as many five star reviews as needed to make your company look good. My first hint shouldâ ve been when the office was unable to keep track of the date that the person was supposed to come out and test for mold. This happened on several occasions. Thinking this was a good company, I chose the all inclusive package. When I asked what was included, I was told it included the inspection, swab of the mold areas to be sent to the lab, air quality test, remediation documentation and for them to come back out and test that the remediation company did everything to remove the mold. I thought this company was on the up and up giving me a single price for everything. I even repeated back what the package included to them, making sure I stated â This also includes coming back to retest the area contaminated for mold after the remediation company is doneâ . I was told â oh yes, it is all includedâ . This was a lie. This company charged me $800 without letting me know that the service had an additional cost or even giving me an estimate. This was the price for them to come back out after the demolition and sterilization was complete. Once I received the invoice I contacted the company immediately wondering why I was receiving this after I had already paid $900 for the package. I was immediately told that is not what they said, and I was also insulted. This company has bad business practices and will lie. I know this because the inspector insisted that scuff marks on the framework around the door was mold. It was merely scuff marks. This concerns me greatly because I had more of my house ripped out than what was needed due to an incompetence of not only knowing what mold looks like, but also the bad business practice of charging me for something that I was unaware was an additional cost and how much. This company should not be trusted. This review may not do anything. It may not persuade you from using this company, but I wanted to take the time to let you know what happened in my case so that it wonâ t happen to you.

good overall experience--explained what he was going to do---air quality report was done that day---mold sample came with a few days with recommendations and actions I should take.

Toxic mold was confirmed in my wall which initiated a claim to my homeowner's insurance. Remediation and retest was performed by another company.

Very professional

A total waste of money. Total lack of knowledge/experience in identifying the cause and source of my mold problem. They did not respond to my email complaints. The air conditioning contractor pointed out the problem in 5 min.

Flo Air addressed our issue immediately. They were very thorough and professional. They communicated clearly everything they were doing and guided us through the process. They are now a vendor for my property management company and we will be using them for all future water damage and mold issues.
