Flood Ad was honest with their appraisal of my roof and said that I wasn’t ready for a new roof yet. I could get a couple of years more from it. So I value that honesty. When it’s time, they’ll be the first ones I call.

They called me no more than an hour after I got onto home adviser. They were very prompt and came out the next day as it was not an emergency and not leaking. Just wanted old swamp cooler vent removed and shingled over. great job and so far no leaks.
