Flood Brothers Restoration

Flood brothers completed the water remediation process when our air conditioner's overflow pan leaked in our attic. Water came through the upstairs ceiling as well as the downstairs ceiling. They were quick to come out and do a thorough initial inspection. I worked with Randy, he was super polite and professional. He was always punctual when he was supposed to be coming to my home. He did a great job of making sure that our ceilings and hardwood floors downstairs were properly dried. I would definitely use Flood Brothers again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

They came out promptly on an emergency, the only service providers who said they could do that. Their work was great!

I did not get the work done by this contractor and that is because they were willing to help me fix the problem myself. Because there was not much water damage and they did not want to charge, they instead reached out and had me send pictures of the water damage and from there gave me the advise/help to take care of the water myself. They were wonderful, helpful and kind. Thank you!

My husband and I had leaking in master bath that leaked into garage ceiling. The day we contacted flood brothers they came out. They were prompt and informative. If you are looking for a good company that doesn't give you the run around I definitely recommend flood brother.

Randy, the owner immediately set my mind at ease by assuring me that his crew would do an excellent job with the demolition and drying out process after our master bath, master closet and garage were flooded from a leaking pipe 2 ft. under the concrete slab in the shower. Craig and Eric took great care in removing the tile, sheetrock, concrete and liner from the shower so the plumber could repair the leaking pipe. They also removed the carpet, pad and vinyl flooring to completely dry out each room with their equipment during a 3 day period. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services. They are very careful and competent.

Extremely pleased with everything from start to finish. Randy was always on time as well as everyone else who worked on our home. They were very quick to respond and took care of all of our damage. They also listened to our requests concerning our children and pets. The customer service we received was the best I have experienced in a long time.

Their entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. They were on time really seemed to care about my home and family's welfare.
