The work took a little longer than I thought it would take.The guys are very professional and do qauilty work.The owner even oftered followup if we have any problems,I would use them again.

Rick the owner is great- he unfortunately needs to stay on his guys at times. They did a great job on our system and the timeline was met.

Technician arrived on time to inspect the job (sump pump not working) and give me an estimate. New sump pump installed the next morning. Job done. Great work. And Rhonda was super friendly and helpful in coordinating the appointments and billing. Thank You FloodBusters!!

The actual workmen were great. Unfortunately we all had to deal with an error on the sales person's end. Our sales person told us that the pump would fit in our basement closet (he claimed to have measured the area). However, when the pump was put into the area, it was too big to the point where the closet doors wouldn't close. As a result of the sales person's error, we are now going to have to pay a contractor to expand the closet. The workmen did everything they could to either make the pump fit or find an alternate location. However this was the end result.

Was accommodating around schedule deadline, work was done on time as promised.

The company did not start the job on time and did not give me enough notice to reschedule the job. The installation for the sump pump was completed and the end result was fabulous. Even though the company started a day late, they perform the task beautifully and clean up very well. I would recommend them to friends in regard to performing this type of work, but they truly need to work on started a job as scheduled or give a couple of days notice prior to the actual day of work.

estimate did not include one wall, costs 1200 more to add wall after noticing water seepage. Overcall cost more than all other estimates. Job took over 3 days to finish when I was told it will only take one day.

Our basement used to be wet and dank; now it is bone dry.
