Today Flood Fire Pro is still an independent company run by Ed and Matt Short. Over the past thirty years, we?ve become one of the most respected independent restoration companies in New England. Our passion for our customer service is shown in our friendly, professional staff, and our state-of-the-art service equipment. We are dedicated to only the best practices available in our industry which all starts with treating our customer?s right. We are fully licensed and insured and we provide continuing education and training for all members of our team. You can count on us to get you back into your home or business quickly, easily, and most importantly safely! We are located in Plainville, MA and serve all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We operate 24 hours a day.

I came home from work last week to the sound of rushing water. I went downstairs to my finished basement completed in March to find 3 inches of standing water from my water heater. I found Flood Fire Pro, Inc. through Google and called. Ed Short and his crew were to my house in an hour. They got all the water up that night and set up super powerful fans and dehumidifiers that ran for 6 days until my entire basement had 0% water in the walls and was dry as a bone. Ed dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I would highly recommend Flood Fire Pro, Inc. No one wants to deal with water damage but Ed and the guys made a stressful situation easier by keeping me informed as they checked on the drying process over several days. They did exactly what they said they would do and were nothing but respectful and courteous as they did their work.

Last Christmas my family and I woke up extra early (obviously the kids woke us up extremely early to open presents), and i went downstairs to our finished basement to find 2 inches of standing water rom our broken water heater. I called my plumber who reccommended Flood Fire Pro Inc. I then called them and Matt and his crew were there within 45 min (on Christmas). They set up all the equipment needed and dealt with the insurance company so i didnt have to during the holidays. I would highly reccomend this company they are very respectful and corteous to their customers needs
