I called totally panicked about the water damage to the basement. Our sump pump stopped working. I called this morning never expecting an answer it was 7am but Rob answered. He came out that afternoon on time as promised. He was straight forward and honest. To our surprise he said that we had done a great job at containing the water damage and said we can take care of the rest ourselves with fans and a dehumidifier. I was so happy I hugged him. We had someone come in and give us an estimate of almost 8,000. You just don't see this with companies anymore honesty and integrity. I highly recommend their services to everyone. I will tell all of my family and friends. If I am ever in need of the many services that they provide this will be the first and only number I call.

This company is far superior to one we had 5 years ago after the basement flooded. Now we've had another bout of mold and toxicity. The service was wonderful. From arranging an estimate to finding a day and time that worked with my schedule, it was a great experience. Mine was a very small project. Everything went as planned and actually ended up being shorter in durance than what was expected. All work was excellent from my initial conversation with Rob to the techs who came and did the work. The best recommendation (to me) was the techs who did the work - they really respected the owner and company. The felt that the company treated their client very fairly and was upfront with clients about the cost of their problems.

This company is awesome and would highly recommend..Rob was very responsive and came out to inspect my problem within a couple of hours from when we first talked.. He was able to get a crew out the next day which was a weekend..The guys doing the work were friendly and very professional..Also didnt feel Rob was trying to over charge like some companies do... Got 3 estimates for a large mold remediation job in our basement. Theirs was the best, and the owner did the estimate himself and seemed to be the most knowledgeable. Also their customer service is fantastic! All the workers were friendly, professional, and accommodating as was the owner.
