Owner came for the estimate, and was here the following day with his crew. Rarely do you see the boss involved in the actual hands-on work. They showed up with about five or six guys and each had their own job from all seasons worth of leaves, two edging and mowing and laying down mulch in the garden beds. They were finished in no time surprise me because I thought it would be two guys working on an all day project. Wonderful landscaping company I will definitely use them again!

Freddy and his crew were terrific! He quoted a price, which was less than we expected, anticipating that we would have to replace the drywall. When it was confirmed that the drywall was unaffected, he adjusted the price in our favor! Excellent value for the money! very thorough cleaning

I hired this company to clean my house with the prospects of coming to clean the house every other week. I was charged $140 for the "first time" and then they will charge me $90 for the follow up cleaning sessions. Two women came, and they clean the house. They ignore the instructions I gave them in regards of the bathroom floor, which is made out of marble and needs a special cleaning solution. They did not made the beds in two of the bedrooms, and the one they did was done in a hurry. I mentioned all these complaints to the owner of the company "Sandra" to which she reply that she did what I told her to do. I told her if it was a misunderstanding, I hope for that not to happen in the future. My house is due for another cleaning, I have called them, send them text etc to no avail. I was willing to give them another chance, but the way they react to observations is very unprofessional. If they don't like to be criticized they should not be in business.

The work was done flawlessly and on time. Everybody involved was easy to work with. I used them in rental unit. I will gladly recommend them to other property owners in my area, in fact, I already gave their name to the real estate company that I use in town.

Floodedone explained clearly the work involved. They were cooperative with scheduling. The work time span was longer than I expected, but Freddy worked with us well. Bottom line was that I got great value for the quality of work performed by Floodedone.

They were experienced and hardworking

Freddie was honest, reliable, knew his “mold”, and made sure we knew exactly what the job entailed. He is prompt and works hard, as does his crew. His clean up was excellent and as we have some physical limitations, went above and beyond the call of duty before leaving. We highly recommend his work and would hire again if needed.

This is the absolute best cleaning company around. I have used quite a few in the past but none come close to the efficiency and quality of Sandra, Freddie and their crew. Such incredible work! They are fantastic

The multi-floor cleaning that was done prior to move-in and post-painting and interior construction was done efficiently, neatly and with attention to details. The job lasted an entire day. One or two items needed post-cleaning follow up which was done timely and with a smile. This company is to be highly recommended.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great
