Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
Ali is professional and very knowledgeable. He made the process easy and everything was smooth, even though my sub floors turned out to be in bad shape, he was flexible and helpful in giving me options. I’m going to use them again to replace the rest of the carpet in my house.

Ali provided a written estimate within one day of me contacting him. He was exceptionally accommodating when I had to reschedule twice due to bad weather and the movers cancelling. On top of this the floors turned out absolutely stunning! I left workers alone in the house and they even brought in a package that was left at the front door. I would highly recommend Floor Concepts and personally will never do my flooring business anywhere else from now on. Glad HomeAdvisor connected me with such a high caliber company!

Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. I am very pleased with their services. My floor looks good now. The guys that installed the carpet were top notch. Carpet install looks good. The sales Team, worked with us to explore every option and consideration. Excellent service all around. They was very attentive in showing us different carpeting for three rooms. Great Customer service. They did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others.

Everyone at Floor concepts and design, their workmen, who scheduled our installations, and the contractors who installed our hardwood and carpet were very professional! Extremely pleased with the work. Installers came when they said they would, efficient and neat and didnâ t even take a lunch break. 100% satisfied with the installation process. Outstanding work. Yesterday I contacted this company for carpeting services. They came the very next day and answered all of my questions very professionally. Their workmen also came to my house for measurement and let me know where I need carpets and of which quality. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Decided to get a new carpet based on concerns about some damage that occurred a while ago. When I contacted Floor concepts and designs and told them what the issue was, they immediately sent over an estimator. The estimator was very nice and polite. He did a walkthrough of the house and sent me an estimate the following day. The carpet looks great. Thank you for the quality work.

Estimate given in writing was not the same as price we ended up paying. The installers dinged several walls moving around. The finished product looks good but I would not use them again.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
The workers broke the photo frames of my late mother ( two of them), candle votive and decorative ceramic shoes in my living room. They put their cutting machine in my living room and the wood in the dining room and they must have cut the wood in the living room which caused the things on my altar to fall and break. They did not ask me permission to do that. There were small dents on my walls. When I called Ali to complain, he was very defensive and rude and practically barked at me saying that his workers would never do that, even when I texted him the photos of the damage. He kept on saying that he had done me a favor by giving me a good price and not saying anything to address my concerns. Ali made me feel that I was lying and he did not treat me as he should a customer. I would NEVER go to him, even if he was the last flooring guy in the world. I would not recommend anyone to this business. Ali does not know how to interact with his customers. Or maybe he was rude because I am a woman and not from the US.

"I had chosen not to respond to your fabricated comments, but my customers have asked me not to be silent and respond with my comments. My question to you is, WHY WOULD YOU WAIT A WHOLE YEAR AFTER INSTALLATION TO LEAVE A REVIEW? Two weeks prior to leaving the review you had called asking for an estimate on doing the same and I politely REFUSED to continue doing business, and 2 weeks later the above review shows up. I think that explains everything."
