"Dear customer, I am sorry to learn that you or someone in your household were not pleased with the outcome of our services! Our goal has always been to provide the best possible services to our customers. I find it hard to believe the review was written by you, Since to the last day you kept saying how pleased you were with everything and how grateful you were for finishing painting, carpet, wood floors earlier than your deadline and you would be recommending us highly !! As you are well aware, there were no up charges on the wood, you added extra wood during the installation to the hallway and to help you out I ONLY CHARGED YOU WHAT IT WOULD COST US AND YOU SEEMED TO BE VERY THANKFUL! Enjoy your floors"
"I had chosen not to respond to your fabricated comments, but my customers have asked me not to be silent and respond with my comments. My question to you is, WHY WOULD YOU WAIT A WHOLE YEAR AFTER INSTALLATION TO LEAVE A REVIEW? Two weeks prior to leaving the review you had called asking for an estimate on doing the same and I politely REFUSED to continue doing business, and 2 weeks later the above review shows up. I think that explains everything."
