Very personalized service.

It was the easiest process picking the tile and the grout. Jonathan was great during the process of deciding our colors. You cannot get that selection at the big box stores. Mike and Jim installed my tile with 20 years experience and it looks great. I have recommended them to other people.

Really great! We had this company put in tile in two bathrooms. What I liked best was the fact that they brought tile samples to us so that we could take a look how they looked in the actual lighting etc. We were able to select tile and grout, and make all the decisions really, in the comfort of our own home. They do have a showroom that you can go visit if you prefer to do it that way, but having them come here really worked out for us - we have two little kiddos and we just let the kids watch a TV show and play with their toys while we selected tile with Jonathan's guidance. Jonathan made every effort to come up with an appointment time for that consultation to fit with my husband's busy work schedule. Also, it feels kind of exclusive not to have to worry about crowds, other shoppers, etc - when you can look at things quietly and calmly in your own home, it makes the process a whole lot of fun! There is a project manager, Stephen, and then the person who actually puts the tile in (we had Daniel, and we were thrilled with his work). When some small unforseen problems came up, Stephen and Daniel figured it out between them of how to proceed. This was with minimal disruption/changes to the schedule, and it didn't cost us any extra. The pricing was reasonable, and they REALLY do the job properly! They do not cut corners, they do haul away all their own trash, they clean up as they go... absolutely stellar. The result is beautiful! I'm really glad we went with Floor Coverings International, and we would not hesitate to go with them again for any future flooring needs.

Professional and cheap.

Did a very professional job. We were very pleased how they solved unforeseen problems. Loved having samples brought to our home as it made it much easier to select our tile. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent company to do business with. Jonathan and his installer, Matt, made me feel comfortable and at ease from the initial discussions of my project. The job was labor intensive and complex. It was completed a 1/2 day early and on budget. Definitely a professional company that I would use again.

These guys take their job seriously. They do an initial visit to really take a look at the job and understand what you want. Then they send out subcontractors with years of experience. Then they follow up by coming to your house and going through the work with you.

Service was outstanding and we were overall very pleased with the work. Some adjustments needed to be made and were promptly met by Matt, the tile setter. Jonathan and Steven both responded to all our needs in an expedient and professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone for tiling and will use their services again should the need arise. The only shortcoming I would say was that the clean-up on the grout was not as good as I would have liked but I was able to clean those areas myself in a relatively short time.

They responded promptly and professionally to my inquiries. They were very neat and communicated with me throughout the process. The floor was installed and looks beautiful. I had to travel for work before the floor had dried sufficiently, so they have not yet replaced the three pieces of furniture that they moved to another room, but I anticipate that will be carried out without any problems.

They did a beautiful job on the floor. The price was on the high side.

The people at Floor Coverings International were extremely professional and have been consistently lower than others on their bids. I have used them 2x for different flooring installations and have been very pleased both times. If I had a choice between them and some of the home improvement stores (Lowe's, Home Depot, etc.), I would pick them 6 days per week and twice on Sunday. Small, but professional shop with lower overhead than the others. Would highly recommend!

While we ran into several problems Mr. Wilk personally came to our home and looked at many different ways to solve them. I was impressed with his care and integrity.

After getting estimates from: A small contractor, Lowes, Home Depot and even a carpet outlet, we were certain this company would be on the high end, With Quality of product and the demeanor of the owner. We were VERY impressed with not only the price but the service and education we received. Not pushy and very thorough. We were able to floor our entire home and stay within our budget.

Jonathan is very professional and knowledgeable. He does an excellent job of following up and responding to phones calls in a timely manner. He did not actually do the installation of the hardwood floors but the individuals he used did a nice job. He made certain that I was happy with the job prior to requesting the final payment. I definately recommend him to others.
