I had vinyl flooring installed in my basement. The person who did the original installation did a sub-par job. When Owen, the owner, came out to inspect it, he agreed it was unacceptable, arranged to have a different installer come out and fix it, and gave me a substantial discount off the total price, The second installer did excellent work, and the finished product looks very good. I appreciate the fact that the company stood behind its work, and acted quickly to correct its mistake. I'm very satisfied overall.
