After finding a sample for my stair runner with a local "affordable" brick & mortar store I was quoted an outrageous sum for installation. I decided to look for my own installer and Matt's # came up on Angie. He came out and assessed my project, reached out to the original vendor, and worked with them for weeks trying to procure the product I had chosen. He never faltered but I began to suspect he was being given the runaround. I asked if he had a similar product and he came to my home with wonderful samples. In short Matt, worked tirelessly for me, supplied me with a premium product and perfect installation. His team, Danielle and Katie, were wonderfully responsive to any and all questions and kept me in the loop with all details. Matt is honest, professional and he and his team provide high quality products and excellent customer service. Wish I had known about them at the start of my project.
