Floor Coverings International did a fantastic job removing my ceramic tile and installing radiant floor heating and hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen. Workers were friendly and did an outstanding job. Floors look beautiful.

Peter was Johnnie on the spot with excellent service & samples to view. He went out of his way to answer all of my wife's questions. Very knowledgeable about carpet & tile color & characteristics. Installation went in on promised date, Peter came out to after installation for final inspection. Couldn't ask for a more thorough treatment. jON bORDEAUX.

Carpet - Install
We were carpeting our family room which was a converted garage. The representative was very knowledgeable. He even helped us figure out a better way to cover our steps which were brick. He told us that they could build steps over the existing ones. The installers worked very hard and did a wonderul job. They came on time and cleaned up before they left. They were professinal and courteous. We were pleased with the overall services. We not only got the carpet that we wanted, but we ended up with three beautiful wood steps also. All of it helped transform the room into a much better living space. We love the carpet and steps!

Mitch Bowman was very professional, informing us od details pertaining to persons and who would be contacting us for installation and specifics about methods and general installation procedures. Each contact with all persons was exceptional. Installers provided prompt and professional service, placed furniture where it had been and left us with a beautiful floor that we will enjoy for many years.

Poor customer service. They were late arriving and did not have all of the required supplies or tools. The floor is uneven and the toilet and sink leaked after they installed them. I had to fix them myself. I showed the project manager the leak and said that these happen sometimes and then asked for his final payment. I called the owner and left a message about the service and I am still waiting for the owner to give me a call back. I expected a better job for the price I paid. I guess you don't always get what you pay for.

"We tell our clients that there are only 2 reasons the final bill would be more that the quote. Either you asked us to do extra work, or there was hidden subfloor damage or work that needed to be done that wasn't evident before the old floor was taken up. That was the case in this situation. If we under estimate or make a mistake, we absorb the difference."

Prompt with estimate. Clear on pricing. Excellent communications from front man as well as Peter Jacobs himself. Workers were well versed in their trade and although the front man wanted to charge me more for cleaning up the bits of padding and staples, Peter took the charge off because he did not discuss that with me when he gave the estimate. I just told him the carpet and padding would be out. I liked his philosophy of "not surprises." Price was competitive, yet not the cheapest. I did not, however, get a cheap job!!! Thanks!

Very prompt in getting in touch with us. Rosanne Jacobs, did not realize that i was going in for prostrate cancer surgery but she kept calling to get in touch with us. They are great people and so far the work of installing the new flooring is above expectations.

Floor coverings international was wonderful. They came to our house and went over everything with us. They were never pushy. And made us a great deal. After we chose our carpet color, they ordered a larger sample to take throughout the house to make sure we liked it in every room. Thank goodness they did, because we did not like that color at all! So they ordered 4 more large samples and we were able to find a carpet color we loved in every room. It was estimated to take 2 days to complete, but the installers stayed until 8 pm and got the job done in one day! The next day, the coordinator did a walk thru and corrected any imperfections

FCI is a great company. We only had one problem with running short of some quarter round. It was a little hassle getting the floor finished but it was more miscommunication then anything else.

Great. Very knowledgable on what carpet was the best for high traffic area with pets in the house. Had numerous samples and did was not pushy on selling the highest price carpet or pad. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were very professional, personable, and easy to work with. I had several delays due to issues with the structure of the house and they were very patient and willing to work with me on various options. I used them for new wood floors, carpet, and luxury vinyl. The end result was beautiful floors throughout the house. I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again on any future flooring projects.

They installed the carpeting very quickly; even helped me put my funiture back free of charge because they were a little late getting there. Carpet was installed very neatly and professionally and they cleaned up everything before they left.
