I purchased the wood from Floor Coverings International but my son installed the floors. I had never purchased flooring before. The customer service was excellent. I learned a lot about what to look for and how to choose flooring. I am very happy with the final wood chosen and how it looks in my home.

Installed carpet on two floors of my condo. They were excellent! The job they did was exemplary. They guys were professional and fast. I couldn't be happier with the results. They are not the least expensive outfit out there, but you DO get what you pay for. If you want excellent results like these you need to be prepared to pay for it.

I asked if they were Forbo certified to install Marmoleum. The installers were scheduled to get certified after the time I needed work done, but I was assured they were experienced and quality was their priority. With some hesitation about that and choosing the lowest cost of the few local linoleum installers, I hired them. I first saw their work when I returned from a business trip, so was stressed at the time and probably short on patience. Some seams were very tight while others had a noticeable black crack. There was debris on my counters and in my driveway, and a nail rusting in my sink. I believe they gouged a brand new wood threshold that they removed and reinstalled, when I think the wood flooring guy meant for them to butt the linoleum against it. There was miscommunication about a clawfoot tub. I paid them $175 to remove it and assumed that meant I didn't have to think about it. They meant that money covered physically moving it, but not disconnecting and reconnecting the plumbing. Because of the confusion, they removed that charge from the invoice. The initially also put the feet back on wrong so that an unpainted one was on the front while the painted one that should have been there was against the wall. They corrected this. Because of my dissatisfaction with the seams, the owner visited the site and offered to either heat weld them (heat welding was on the quote and is how the flooring in my office was installed - so I expected that) or fill them with linoluem dust/glue to fill the voids like you would fill wood voids with sanding dust. Because my schedule had changed, I asked that they do the second part of the job after training. After they returned to do the second part, I thought the edges were better, so tight to the walls I don't think I'm going to install shoe molding. But the seams were the same. Disappointed, I considered hiring someone else to come and heat weld. The next morning, I got a phone call that they would be back to fix the seams. After the, the look of the seams improved and now they are barely visible. Despite my earlier complaints about debris, they still left a few scraps of linloeum around: in the tub, in the bathroom shelves... I now wish I had them wait to install any of it and may have gotten the tighter edges in the first area too. I have a pretty good installation, but feel like I had to complain a lot and wait to get it. Throughout the time, my sales rep Meredith was excellent and really listened to my goals and motivation around the project. I felt comfort that she offered the nuclear option of tearing it up and reinstalling it if I wasn't happy with the seam re-work. I did not get that sense of being heard when the owner was onsite. I heard so many claims and assurances from him on each topic that I didn't even go through my whole list of issues because I thought we would be there all night. Contract signed on May 21, 2015 with a deposit of 1/2 of the total cost. Salesman said we would hear from some one the following as to when the project could be started. They never called. I called and left a message the first week of June, asking for a call back. Another call was placed on June 8, 2015. We still have heard nothing from this company, and we paid them $500. So far, I would not recommend them.
