I believe that this company has great intentions and has the ability to do a great job. However, my only problem with them was the installation of my carpet. It's a bit of a mess and they came back once to fix the part that was lifting within a day, but there are carpet tacks in various places that you can't see but you sure can feel when you step on them with socks on or bare feet. I had Berber carpet installed and it is fraying around most edges. I asked that things be rectified before Christmas, but they were unavailable due to taking holidays. Understandable. But unfortunate for me as I was not able to put my Christmas tree up this year because I was waiting for them to fix the carpet. Overall, their sales team and marketing team are very good. It was just the contractor that installed the carpet that did a less than satisfying job.

The representative really listened to our needs. He did an excellent job of providing an great selection of floor covering options per my request for a vinyl sheet product for two small bathrooms in our home. He was specific as to the need to perform an inspection of the sub-flooring as we have owned our home for over 21 years and he represented the company's standard of performing a thorough and value-added job to increase the value of our home with a durable, yet beautiful floor that will last for another (hopefully) 21+ years to come.
