The salespeople were courteous and knowledgeable. The job was done very quickly and smoothly, including calling in a plumber the same day (bathroom floor). The job looks great, and I love the product.

Sales person Ric was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. The owners were very helpful and inspected the job during and after product was installed.

The entire team was professional and got things done promptly. The cost was more than intially budget for but you get what you pay for. They moved the big heavy stuff and put it back in place. The house was cleaned up after the workers left. The hardwood floors look great and the porcelain tile in the kitchen. It makes the house more inviting and have clean lines. Can't wait to do the rest of the house.

Excellent products, outstanding service. I can not say enough about FCI. They did exactly what they said they would and when they said they would. My floors look amazing! I'm putting my house on the market and floors were ruined after years of rental. This was a major investment for me and one of the best I could have made. Arlen and his crew were professional, explained everything, worked with me for the best outcome.

I chose the product. I liked the product; and looked forward to future business with them. One other thing I appreciated was seeing a listing of six references they provided; and being told to contact each one at their residence for the product I would eventually have installed (flooring). If I had the privilege of speaking to all six or at least one, Flooring Coverings International would take 25.00 per every person I spoke to off of the original price. This is such a great incentive.

This is not the first time I have worked with Arlan. He is the most professional you can work with for your floor covering job. His team finished our home quicker than the promised time. They also worked so cleanly and well organized. Definitely the laminate flooring we have chosen among many good alternatives is the top quality as well as the installation. My consultant, Alex, was wonderful from the start. He was punctual and professional. The first quote I received was, unfortunately, over my budget. But Alex was able to work with me and find a solution within my range. They were also able to schedule the installation prior to my furniture arriving, which made life easier for everyone. The technician, Sabino, is excellent at his craft. I'm very pleased with the product, the quality of the work and the high level of customer service. I will absolutely recommend this company to others.

Installation of new carpet throughout the houses was excellent. Preparation for the removal of the old carpet and installation of the new carpet was rushed because it was decided by the installers and FCI personnel at the last minute to do the work in one day rather than the two days planned and some of the house was not ready for the removal of the furniture. The tile work was very good with a few loose ends requiring that the tile workers had to return a few days after the original work was done. The total project required the painting of the walls in the bathroom and the painting of the baseboards and quarter-round in the bathroom and entry. The painter was hired by Floor Coverings International personnel. Overall his work was good, but ragged in some places. Arlan and Amy Brady of Floor Coverings International were pleasant to work with. Arlan went out of his way to help me have the bathroom painted and to obtain and have installed a new vanity and new toilet after the tile was laid. Although I feel that the communication between me and FCI personnel could have been improved (there were a few days when I was left hanging without knowing when the next work would begin), I would gladly work with Floor Coverings International in the future!

Very professional. We were selling our home and wanted to replace the carpet. During the work we were located in Louisiana, sent pictures to verify the work when completed; only company that was willing to take job without owner being available. Arlan is the best.

Arlen Brady was great to work with from start to finish on this project. Our carpets were binding and bunching up and they were able to stretch it and smooth all the wrinkles out.
