Floor Coverings International Brandywine Valley

Very pleased with the work! Just would have liked the cost to have been a little bit better, but overall, the quality of the work was great and is holding up well!

Horrible workmanship, bad measurements, terrible cuts, gaps where the planks meet the baseboards, and planks are separating. Owners sent guys who did not speak little or no English who I was not able to really communicate with. They could not get the doors back on to my laundry room or other closets, my husband had to hire someone to put new doors on. The baseboards on the staircases have huge gaps, it makes me nauseous when I see it. We specifically requested flooring that would not scratch because we have large dogs, the flooring has hundreds of scratches immediately after installation. If we drop something on the floor it makes dents and dings and we spent thousands. What we requested is not what we got and one of the owners had the nerve to tell me before I made a complaint to call him so they could fix it. Really? I was trying to get the items fixed before they completed the job and they were able to get it right, so you want me to call you? No way. We are so disgusted with this company and the bogus product they installed.

Great personalities ED, Matt & Joe, wealth of knowledge & experience from all the guys. Their receptionist Laura kept us informed of dates & arrivals and any concerns we may have she eased our minds. My husband and I was impressed with their flooring options & manufacturers. We had them do our whole first floor which turned out Beautiful, I enjoy every morning coming downstairs just to look at it. Looking forward to getting all of our upstairs bedrooms done. Thanks Again Guys You Rock!!!

Guys that were sent to do my floor were very reliable and respectful. Also very professional. Would recommend and have back again

very good company

Very pleased from start to finish. Dave and company were very prompt, professional, and friendly. Very quick to make an appointment and provide quote and right on time with the installation. I needed to arrange this work from out of town for my elderly father, Dave and crew made things go smoothly and made my father feel at ease. The multi room install was completed in 4 to 5 hours. We were very happy with the work and would recommend Floor Coverings Internatonial

The measuring stick for a business should be how they handle adversity. Well the Management of the aforementioned firm worked through a couple of hiccups very well and as a result I would highly recommend them for value and delivery of that value

Happy with the outcome; the crew did great work. The owner went above and beyond.

Saturday install is avalilabe

Len and his team were timely, communicative and professional. We hired them to install a backsplash in our kitchen and were extremely pleased with the results. I would hire them again for any flooring and tile project.

Reliable- professional and excellent quality work

The company delivered on its promise great Quality carpet professional installation and great post install service to resolve problem with one rooms carpet. Owner of Company was outstanding from first at home visit thru final installation. He is a considerate individual and true to his word on what his company delivered.

Very professional and extremely neat! Job looks great.

they were great people to work with start to finish,

The sales rep said he would be there beginning to end that's why I hired them, then he complained about driving to my house at the end??? Of the incomplete job.The workers were nice if you don't mind them doing the job after normal working hours 8 10 pm.I could go on and on ....don't go with this company

The experience from start to finish was amazing. They brought all the samples we needed to our home. We were able to select a carpet that met our needs and our budget. Len was extremely polite and patient during the process, we never felt rushed or "sold". The installers were on time, professional, polite and CLEAN! I did not have to vacuum up bits of rug and tacks like the last few guys. Wow. I will definitely use them again.

This company was great, from start to finish. The representative that came to quote the project was professional and followed through to completion, including a final inspection to make sure that we were satisfied. The craftsmen that performed the work did a wonderful job and were professional, and the material that they recommended and that we selected was top-notch from a world-class manufacturer. We spoke with four companies and their price was very competitive. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International - Brandywine Valley and would use them again without hesitation.

My experiance with Floor coverings International was amazing. I Highly recommend them. Len was great to work with he explained all my options thoroughly. I was told it would take 2 days to install, but with his great installers it took 1 day which was awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would.

the owner made sure I was completely satisfied. I originally picked out a floor that later proved too "soft" and scratched and was unsuitable for dogs. the owner helped me pick out a new floor, and removed the original floor and installed the new choice, AND saved me money. The new floor looks as good now as when it was installed

Excellent!

We're very pleased with the work that was done carpeting our stairs, living room, and hallway. And, when we get the money, we plan to hire them again to do the rest of the house. You know for sure that a company does good work when you invite them back!

Very professional and workmanship was very good. The quality of the carpets they offered we're excellent for the price.

This company was superior in their knowledge, workmanship and professionalism. The level of customer service was unsurpassed. We are very pleased with our new carpeting and have no hesitation recommending this company for any carpet project. Thanks FCI Brandywine Valley from this happy customer! 😄

Very friendly, happy with workmanship. Salesman kept updated and involed.
