Excellent service, install went well, and everything looked great upon completion. The only issue was after the fact they said they would be out to make sure everything was good and to remove large Xs written in pencil on several tiles and never returned.

Great work all around. These people will bend over backwards to make sure that you have the best possible experience. You can really tell that they put the customer first in every interaction, with the consultation, the product selection, the business office, and the installation, it s all good.

I was particularly pleased with the open communication we had setup to ensure we were on the same page as we were relocating from another state and could not be there during the renovation itself. Initially, I didn't care for putting a percentage down to start the job. The contractor started off well, but faded at the finish. The floors in our bathrooms look gorgeous, however, no caulking around the toilets, he used some longer bolts to secure the toilet and didn't provide the new bolt covers and took up the molding in the master bath and didn't replace them. Just didn't finish up well.

Customer service was great from the very beginning until the end. They were patient and willing to work around my busy schedule. I really appreciated their follow-up because being so busy throughout the week, it was really hard for me to stay motivated to go through with the project. The finished product is beautiful and I’m glad the stinky old carpet is gone!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
The floor material we purchased was a water sealed laminate. They did not use all the material purchased, which renders the floor, not water sealed. The flooring was cut on top of a bucket, creating big jagged edges instead of a clean cut. There are areas that have so much caulking, in order to fill the jagged space. Communication was horrible, the owners spent more time making excuses and writing a novel length text. Rather then checking the work of his guys. Mr. Winn stated they could do the job in 3 days, that did not happen. He took on more jobs than he had people to do the jobs. Creating a rob Peter to pay Paul affect. Canceling on one customer to go to another. Resulting in his guys rushing through the job. We had Handyman Services come out and fix their mistakes.

"Hi Brandy, Thanks again for another review, and the detailed feedback. I will address your concerns in the order written. We have offered to discuss this via your google review as well. We used the moisture barrier for the laminate. After the install, you brought up a pack of foam tubes that I had never seen before. It looked like a shortcut to use instead of caulking, but we caulk everything, so I'm not sure where any benefit would have been lost, but offered to put them in. You mentioned concerns about cuts, in areas that are not visible and are covered by trim at the expansion gap. Everything that is visible should have a factory edge. If not, let us know so we can come make the repair. The timeline changed due the trim plan changing. Initially, we were supposed to only do quarter round, after starting, additional scope was added, and doing baseboards can easily add an entire day to a job. This timeline extension is not related to our other projects, and don't recall where we cancelled on you, or anyone else during the week of your install. If there is anything you 'd like us to come do in the home, I would happily send a different person to come remedy any legitimate concerns. Thanks! Travis"
