Very professional and knowledgeable. They had to show the contractor who was installing the bath how to reinstall the drywall on the shower so that the tiles could be installed correctly. Very reasonably priced and willing to work with your schedule. My shower and floors in my bath are gorgeous. I would definitely use them again.

The rep came to our house measured and recorded everything. He also brought samples to be able to make our choice using the samples to compare right ton the spot where the flooring was to be installed. The installation crew did a fantastic job. The were very personable and at the same time very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the installation. Everything was completely cleaned up and all debris removed prior to their leaving the premises.

Had some issues with existing floor and installation took much longer than anticipated and scheduled, however - John waived any addtional costs and worked through the problems which is all a contractor can do when issues arise. I would use them again - installation went smooth and kitchen floor is wonderful.

"Prior to installation we discovered an unforeseen issue with the subfloor that needed to be resolved resulting in a small delay in the installation schedule. We offered a satisfactory solution and we proceeded with a successful installation that the customer was extremely pleased with. As you can see from her comments, she is now enjoying a "wonderful" new kitchen floor. Pleasing our customers to a successful outcome is what it's all about.
