Great sales people and the installation was fantastic. The cost was a little more than I expected but there weren’t any surprises.

Great company. They were able to match the wood floors in our house after removing carpet in two bedrooms. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good communication during project scheduling and installation. Installers moved all furniture, did an excellent job and cleaned up all dust and left over materials. Highly recommend this company.

Amazing Service. Floor Coverings International delivered 100% on what was promised. I was looking for worry-free, zero surprises or last-minute changes/ additions to the project and that's exactly what we received. Very personalized and professional approach. The process was flawless from the moment I reached out to get a quote, all the way to the installation and follow up. Monica & Darrell were in constant communication before, during and after the project. Darrell showed up couple times to make sure we were ok and project was moving along. Marco and his team of installers were right on time every day. Marco and team quickly moved the furniture, cover vents, shutters and a section of the main bathroom near the job area. Marco took the time to explain exactly what the process would be and making sure to clean as much as possible before leaving for the day, each day. We got red oak floors installed, so there was a lot of dust on the second day. Before Marco and team left, they took extra time to clean the ceiling fans, vents, shutters, doors etc, and vacuum all surfaces around the job areas. Marco and team came back 2 days later to move all furniture back in place. All done as promised! I talked to 3 different companies, all estimates were pretty close to each other, however, Floor Coverings included everything we were looking for and they delivered. I will definitely go with them for any future projects.

This is best new flooring experience I’ve ever had. From the owner to office manager Monica to gentlemen who laid our carpet-EVERYONE was professional and courteous. Francisco is a 5 star employee. They moved every bit of furniture then put it all back carefully; and cleaned everything up before they left. Tammy, you and your staff are tops in my book and I will happily recommend your company to everyone I know.
