Bathroom Remodel
The Re-Bath Design Consultant did a terrible job helping us design our bathroom remodel. Dana did not properly measure the bathroom. The tub is too small, the medicine cabinet was too large and the Bath shower door was very poor quality even when we asked for an upgraded one. The project is not finished and I can't get any call backs to find out when they will finished.

"Floor Coverings International out of Centennial replaced my kitchen floor and carpet in my house. Their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. Not only did they not remove the old carpet or kilz the floor as requested, they installed the wrong carpet, broke picture frames (then hung them back on the wall), & dinged doors & walls. After multiple breakdowns of communication between contractor, laborer's, manager & owner, it took three trips out & over two weeks to complete a "one day job" & we only received a $100 discount off our contracted price. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND ANYONE ELSE IN THE BUSINESS!

"I apologize for inconveniences however Shaw gave us the wrong carpet and we couldn't have known since our reference # and tracking system was accurate. Once the wrong carpet was installed we took quick action to get the right carpet here. Original was installed 7/3, we had new carpet here within one week. We paid for the picture and didn't argue with you. When we installed the 'right' carpet everything was done correct and in 'one day'. You inspected the entire job and sent us one picture of a 1.5" knick on a corner, without arguing we took care of it the next day. There was never a mention of Kilz nor charge, we did it for FREE."
