We are delighted with our new flooring and have nothing but compliments for the team at Floor Coverings International. Jon was thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. All of our initial questions were answered and we knew what to expect. Carlee did a great job with the order and overseeing the project from beginning to end. Alex was detailed, experienced, thorough, polite, and installed our floors in a manner that exceeded our expectations. We are SO HAPPY that we selected this team and we absolutely love our new floors. Donâ t hesitate, this is the team you want!

Jon and Carlee were great to work with. Jon handled the estimate and design while Carlee came out to oversee the moving crew to make sure everything went smoothly. When the installation crew showed up they were polite and friendly as well as professional. When the installation of our new floor was done l couldn't have asked for a better installation, the installers are craftsman. Upon completion Carlee came out to inspect the job. We couldn't have found a better company to hire.

I liked the personal touch. The bid process was easy, reasonable, and informative. I liked all the people from meeting the owners in person and the flooring crew. They did a great job, were done in the amount of time predicted on the day they were scheduled and seemed to work well together. I thought they liked working as a team. The floors look stunning!!!

They were great to work with and kept on schedule even though some of staff was out sick. The quality of the work and product (LVT, LVP, and carpet) was great! We love how our house looks with all new flooring!

We did have to leave our home, because they wanted to take out all furniture, but in less than 3 days our whole house was installed. Very nice,, wonderful people to work with. I would highly recommend this group to help you with any of your flooring needs.
