The 2 carpet installer technicians. Moved the heavy furniture out of the room and then quickly ripped out the old carpet. They were very thorough and worked quickly. When they were done the moved the furniture back. They did a beautiful job.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the people working for Floor Coverings International. Julie researched and was able to find matching Beechwood flooring to be compatable with our current hardwood floor in the living areas, she ensured that the wood had matching beveled edges. This was a difficult task. The installers were top notch. Ty made sure the wood was delivered, was correct and checked on the job regularly. David and Nathanial did a surperb job moving our furniture, taking out the old carpet and installing the hardwood. They were professionals every step of the way and we appreciate their work.

Working with Julie was very easy and she was as friendly as you can be. Jose and his installation crew were phenomenal and we were astounded at how quickly they got the job done. There was a slight problem with the french doors going into the living room dragging on the new carpet as it is thicker than the old. Julie passed it on and the owner of the store himself came up and trimmed the doors enough to clear the carpet at no extra charge.

I just needed to replace some laminate flooring at the front door, the cat was peeing by litter box. So installed an easier to clean floor. Could not match with the existing floor, but like the new one. Will call on them to replace all the laminate.

Excellent customer service!! Great installers! They stayed for over 13 hrs and got it all done, cleaned up, took the old padding and carpet away and even vacuumed! Very hard working!

Elijiah Katonia was great to work with, very professional, efficient and so much customer service!! He called, he came our 4 times to our house to Make sure everything was going good and even brought a gift basket!! We are so happy with the carpet!!
