I thought Steve and all the subs FCI brought in were real pros - even when there was a glitch (as there occasionally will be), Steve handled the problem quickly and brilliantly. I am very happy with the result - it looks great! I would recommend Steve and Floor Coverings International without reservation - they do great work.

I worked with Steve and he was a very patient sales rep. I initially contacted him to get the tile done around my tub/shower, and know we are working on my carpet too. I kept changing my mind on what I wanted and Steve was great at crunching all the numbers for me as I made changes. The installer they had do my job was great. He worked around my schedule, and always showed up on time and when he said he would. The work looks fabulous.

MARK AND STEVE KEPT ME INFORMED RE THE PROJECT. THEY AND THEIR SUBS WERE CONSIDERATE AND CAREFUL TO KEEP HOUSEHOLD DISTURBANCE TO A MINIMUM. THEY SEAMLESSLY INTERLACED NEW HARDWOOD WITH THE OLD AND THE FLOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Marc and his team were very effecient and courteous. Marc listened to my ideas and made suggestions. I changed my mind on different items and he was flexiable, even though it meant refiguring the invoice.

Kristen was awesome. She helped my team pick out what we needed and negotaite our budget. Mark came out to our site many times and made sure we were pleased with all the work they had done. They made our deadlines and fit our budget. All their install teams were on time, down to business and courteous, friendly. Tile looks amazing! Their installer is really good. 4 star rating because the finishing work needs improvement.

I had a sand and refinish, a patch of where an old gas floor heater used to be, and an installation of new hard wood floor. Plus, carpet installed in a large section of the house and the stairs leading to it. The completed work looks spectacular! The refinish section was in extremely poor condition and like magic they were able to make it look like new again. The integration of the new flooring looks great! Amazing work! Kristin and Mark were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. I never felt pressured, instead they worked with me and my budget to get exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended for any flooring project you may have.

Very flexible with my flooring needs. I had overlap with some other renovation needs such as painting and new railings to go with my wood floor and FCI had the resources to make it all come together. Very responsive.
