I got an estimate first from a very famous home appliance store, but thought this company would provide more professional service. Would have gotten a higher quality product and equal or greater service for a lower price if I had gone with the store.

The company was highly recommended via reviews. The president/representative was informative and effective during his initial presentation. We were looking for a specific type of product - vinyl plank flooring. The samples shared were a perfect match for our desire. The flooring was installed as quoted with presision. The final product in our home is quite nice. Follow-up was excellent.

Ramon Ayers game me excellent customer service. Was incredibly helpful helping me understand what flooring would look the best for the best value. As a realtor it's always hard finding dependable quality vendors and I'm grateful to of found that with Ramon and Floor Coverings International. Not only were they quick to respond, give us a bid, and complete the work, they were able to adhere to my short time line and hectic schedule. Beyond the quality of the work I found the installers to be highly professional, friendly, and helpful. This install was for a client of mine and I have to thank Ramon Ayers for such an excellent experience that made me look like a rock star for my clients!!! Thanks guys for the awesome job!

I am still waiting for them to contact me about coming over and finishing the job. There communication is not very good and once they have your money then they stop communicating all together. They make promises that they do not keep.

They bent over backwards to please us. When everything was finished we noticed a small leak underneath our toilet I told them I bet it was that they must have not replaced the Wax Seal when they reinstalled the toilet. They said they would not just replace the waxring but they had a plumbing contractor come over and replaced the toilet with a new Eco toilet no charge. What a deal.
