"I'm not sure what this customer is referring to, but there is no way we would ever use a customer's personnal item of any kind. We would even ask before using a bathroom. The customer was never at home until the job was near completion. The customer's mother came over during the installation and she was on the customer's computer. If a customer believes an installer is doing something they should not be doing they should bring the problem up with the installer to make sure the installer is being honest."
