Floor Crafter's supervision and technicians are very professional. They committed to and kept project start date. They kept us informed of their daily schedule and the tasks that would be completed within daily schedule. The new floor finish color matched the existing floor perfectly. They ensured that appliances, cabinets, and other items were protected. Great cleanup.

David and his team were very easy to work with from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. He was very responsive and quick to reply to calls and texts. Very flexible in bringing by samples for us to look over and letting us keep them for several days so we could decide what we really wanted. There was never any pressure or sales pitch. We replaced our carpet with LVP planks, and even though we were skeptical at first, they are a perfect fit and we couldn’t be happier (we splurged and got the MSI Laurel Reserve flooring which we are SO glad we did!) David’s installation team (Matt & Matheus) were very professional. They hung up plastic barriers between rooms to keep dust and debris from getting to the other rooms through the air), were very polite, and it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing and worked well together as a team. If / when we are in the market for flooring in any other room(s), David / FloorCrafters will definitely be our first point of contact.
