Horrible/Nightmarish. What should have been a small 3-day job is now at 3 weeks, and is still not complete. They did not even pull required permits. Multiple no shows and no calls, and owner is now threatening to lien my property when they are the ones who haven't performed and are not complete?!! Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The work was to be done on a very small rental property, and has cost me lost rental income due to their lack of performance. I am leaving this review at 5:00 am, because I was awakened by phone calls and texts from the unhinged owner at 2:30 AM, and would include the unbelievable screen shots if I could here. Avoid Ada (owner) at all costs. As a retired woman contractor myself, I wanted to help a woman-owned business within the trades, and was part of the reason I initially hired her. I am sorely disappointed that she is a poor representation of my gender, and livid with her performance (or lack thereof). I gave a half-star because her workers have done the best they could, despite her lack of management and the actual work completed to date is good. I feel sorry for them, as it is apparent that she provides zero support to them, along with zero accomplishments for her clients.
