Contractor/technician has a refund for materials owed me but refuses to send it to me after months of haggling, hassles and untruths. This has clouded the entire job by virtue of this refusal to simply send me the refund which I am due and about which I was told several times, "check is in the mail". Very disappointed and skeptical. Overall product is "ok" but tardiness and delays of installation did influence my final satisfaction, not to mention the matter of money still owed me and the waffling/wavering over sending it to me. Review could be amended after follow through on the promise of the refund and its ultimate delivery to me.

Can I give 10 stars? We had been negotiating samples and prices when I found family was coming in about 3 weeks. I have Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer and don't handle stress well. Ross completely took over. On Sunday he cleared his week and started Monday. The 1700sq house took 8 days to complete, with him even fixing a toilet that has been out of service for years. The floor is beautiful, I'm not a basket case, and I'll have him back later to do my kitchen backsplash. A friend recommended him and his crew and I'm also very pleased with their work. PS they work extra hard for an occasional Chik-Fil-A meal...
