I had original (1947) hard wood floors refinished. I worked with Al. Some areas were in need of a lot of work. The crew did an excellent job. They went beyond my expectations using great care around my home. I did not realize some of the extra things that needed to be done, such as removing curtains and doors, covering doorways and closet contents with plastic. Everyone was respectful of my home and family. The floors look amazing! I will be calling Al for other jobs in the future. Before photo and some after photos.

Al and his very friendly team helped me with a new floor in my kitchen, and two new bathrooms. Al was a pleasure to work with, got the projects done on my timeline, and I’m very happy with the work. Would recommend!

We had a 10/10 experience with Al and his team for our hardwood floors. They did an absolutely incredible job. Al was super communicative the entire time, constantly sending us updates so we never had to guess what was happening. The crew worked fast but didn’t cut any corners. They came when I was on vacation. I gave them the key to the house. They did the floor two days. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this guy to anyone.

My husband and I are first time home owners so we were excited but nervous to find someone to do our floors and paint before we move in. Al was the first person we met for a quote interior paint and flooring and among all of them he was the most thorough, professional, detailed, and provided one of the most competitive quotes. Our daughter’s first birthday party at the house was scheduled the following weekend and Al, Jay, and the rest of the team got to work Monday 7AM and completed all the work in 4 days! The communication was unmatched and Al answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns within minutes. We ran into a little hiccup with our stairs and floor not matching as one was originally made of pine and the other made of red oak which made the finish look off, but Al gave us a solution right away and his approach to the problem made the stairway area our favorite part of the home. We look forward to working with Al in the future as we build in our new home.

The team was great and the work was done very well and timely. My only concern was that it was not fully communicated to me beforehand that the entire stairs would not be included and only part of it. Everything should be explained fully beforehand. Otherwise they were great! I would highly recommend them.

Al is such a gentleman during the process and flexible when we had to juggle around other workers jobs. There was nothing that was too much of an ask. All with a smile. I did not live in the area and was helping manage a project for my mother-in-law. Al sent me videos of progress to keep me in the loop. Just a top notch contractor all with the politeness and smile of a trusted friend.

Hired them to regrout my shower floor. Unfortunately, their work wasn't good and after coming twice - they decided not to complete the work, even though it was already paid in full. Don't use them, poor work quality, caused me great inconvenience.

We recently had our wood floors replaced, we are very happy with the results. The team was professional, arrived on time, and explained the process clearly from start to finish. The installation was done carefully, and the new floor looks beautiful and solid. They also kept the area clean and made sure everything was finished properly before leaving. Overall, the quality of work exceeded our expectation, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for wood floors replacement.

I highly recommend Al and his team at Floor Installations Inc. They laid a new hardwood floor in my kitchen and refinished the hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, hallway and stairs. He responded quickly to my request and completed the job to accommodate my schedule. They were prompt, courteous and addressed all my needs. I was hesitant to pull up my rugs and refinish my floors but I’m so glad I did. They look absolutely amazing. Thanks to Al and his team!!

Love how the floors turned out! The team did an amazing job with the stain - the color came out perfect and the finish looks great. Al is super professional and easy to work with.

Al and his team were amazing! The person who worked on the floors before did not know what they were doing. They left ridges in the wood, and on top of that, they stained it a cherry color which was a far different from the oak color and seemed to have applied the stain with a paint brush, with strokes going in all different directions and very visible to the eye! Al took one look and said that all the person did was buff the floor. He did not sand it properly nor applied the products properly! Al promised that my floors would come out beautifully. And they did! My floors look so great, that some thought they were newly installed! Al's team did an amazing job and we would definitely use them again!
