Again, we have another leak in the new patio cover and "Patio Joe" is nowhere to be found!

Patio Joe installed a cover on my existing patio/pergola. Joe made a lot of promises including full access follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the finished install. We spent a lot of money for a top-of-the-line cover. We have drainage problems from a gutter they installed and have repeatedly called for help. At this time Joe is simply ignoring all my calls. His initial response was "there is nothing I can do". I would not recomend this company to do any work.
