It only took 4 days from contacting Flooring Direct to installation. The big home center was going to take 4 weeks! Outstanding customer service!

The company was very patient with us when deciding which floors to install. Derek was very helpful and made an extra trip to show us more floor samples. The day of install, worker was fast and efficient. He cleaned up work area after install. Overall we are very satisfied with the experience and final product. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
