Chris Colletti was extremely helpful and his team did a great job. He helped us pick out the materials and gave us them at cost. He was very upfront about everything!

The Contractor did not supervise workers. I entered my home and the workers were lounging with all of the exterior doors open while my Central Air unit was on. This utility bill doubled that month, just from 5 days of work that this company did on my home. Also, the job was not completed. The tile was never sealed and the closet doors were never put back correctly in order to open and shut them after the te was installed. The Contractor does not return my phone calls!

The service was good, very helpful in picking up our tile supplies and working on the weekend. Origional estimate to complete job was 3 days it ended up taking 5 which was no big deal. But there was , is some grouting issues that were found. We set up appointments which were missed and made calls that were not returned. As of yet the couple of grout issues remain unresolved. The company is extremely busy which is great, but standing behind the workmanship is a huge deal to me and as of yet that has not been done in this case.

Chris was great to work with...always on time and very capable. When a problem arose (not his fault...a builder's error) he handled it properly and promptly. The tile installers were very professional and polite as well. The pricing was very fair and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

Chris is such a wonderful person to work with. He's very professional, easy to communicate and understands all your needs and expectations. He gives the best suggestions based on your requirement. I planned to work with him for part of the project, turned out he helped finish all the works - Beautiful and High quality works! Very amazing, he's not only good at flooring but everything. He's very responsible and efficient. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend Chris and his company-Flooring Encounters.

Our experience with Flooring Encounters was excellent. We would recommend him to our friends. Our home had increased in value due to his work.

Chris did a great job and I would recomend him but he brought in another company to seal and polish the floors after he finished and they did not finish the job and now nobody will return my calls. neither Chris or Mark from Surface Masters of Nevada. I paid Mark in full and he won't finish the job. My point is that since Chris brought Mark to work in my house to finish a job he started, he should be the one calling Mark to finish the job. Hopefully this will be resolved and I will post the outcome as soon as it is.

Professional, effcient, and quality work.

Chris was priced right, the work was great and he was easy to work with. I am very pleased with my choice.

The workers did quality work and took imense pride in thier craft. I did expect owner to be present at intevals to check on progress and quality, but was told after the fact he was called away on personal business to California.

We were impressed by Chris, the owner of Flooring Encounters, right away, as he offered to meet us at the wholesale showroom to help us with the daunting task of picking out hardwood,tile, and carpet for our house. The whole house took a week, as our contractor originally predicted, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The workers sent over to do the job were professional and courteous,,and clearly knew what they were doing. They cleaned up their work area after each days work was done. We would have no hesitation recommending Flooring Encounters to our friends.

Flooring Encounters worked on our home, putting down tile in 3 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and storage closet. They worked well as a team and our floors look beautiful! We are very pleased with their work and would definately recommend them to our friends! Thank you!!
