DO NOT USE FLOORING PRO. I am in the process of suing them. They were negligent in the installation of my homes flooring earlier this year. I retained a certified expert who removed some of the flooring installed in my home and it was determined that flooring pro did not properly glue the flooring down throughout my home. All of the flooring in my home will likely need to be replaced and redone. Their representative Alon seemed honest and sincere at first. Don't fall for this! He is unprofessional and did not monitor his own installers that made all of the mistakes. When I brought to the companies attention all of the issues, they responded that everything is perfect. Buyer's beware!

Just terrible. I apparently needed to tell them how to lay flooring. I caught them before they were finished so they could redo it. They also left every single item in my home under white powder. Nicked up my bedroom door so I need to repaint. When they pulled out the dishwasher they damaged the electrical. Did NOT cover anything in plastic. Not one item. I need to clean and have my upholstery cleaned. I held back $300 for those purposes and the jerk still thinks he did nothing wrong. Run away from this company, fast. Thanks for listening.

Carpet - Install
I hired them to come re place the laminate wood floors in the hallway and 15yr old carpet in the master bedroom. Both the hallway and master bedroom look and feel so soft and cozy with a warm feeling. The new carpets are putting the 15yr old carpet that is left in the other 2 bedrooms, so I'll be replacing those next year, and i can't wait lol

Was a small vinyl install but they treated it like it was full home installation. Hela was our sales rep. and did a wonderful job. Was involved on the project from start to finish. Install was on time. and looked great. Would definitely use them again.

Hela did a great job on the walk-through and helped us find just the look we were hoping for in her sample book. She came with the work team day of installation to be sure all the instructions were clear. Work team was pleasant and efficient. They cleaned afterwards so thoroughly it was almost like they weren't here!! We love our new floors and would recommend Flooring Pro to everyone!!!

All unfinished work was done, all requested documents were provided. Lia is a nice representative, but I had very bad experience with Michelle who was the marketing person first met with me. Never met Alon but he sounds like a nice guy. Thank you for the nice work you have done.

no response sloppy job, they left wood in the driveway and it is too heavy for me to pick up and it is in the way of my tenants to use the driveway, and I have been trying to get the job complete so I can rent this home
