Showed up promptly to provide estimate. The job involved destroying 700 sqft of existing tile, and re-tiling the same area. Everything was done in one weekend, and the work was magnificent. Very reasonable pricing, and professional workers.

I highly recommend Flooring Specialist, they just completed two amazing beautiful jobs in a very quick amount of time.1. installing laminate flooring to 3 bedrooms 2. removing old tile and installing 24 x 24 porcelain tile. I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with this company, from my first call with Martin and each and every meeting we had, he was professional and reliable. The process was very smooth and they did an excellent job on our floors. Not only did they work with us with our immediate needs, they also made sure that we were pleased with the finish job. Very good workmanship. Martin did a bathroom remodel for us, which involved changing a bathtub space into a shower stall, tiling the shower stall and half of the wall behind the toilet and sink, putting in a backsplash, putting a decorative trim in the shower, installing shower fixtures, installing a new sink/cabinet, and putting in a new vinyl floor. Everything was beautifully done by Martin and his assistant, Luis, who did the tiling and worked tirelessly and was very courteous. Including a day for the plumbing, it was all done in 5 days. Martins price was very reasonable and he kept all the receipts so I could reimburse him for the exact amount of his supply expenses. I highly recommend Martin and Flooring Specialist LLC.

Martin is very personable, knowledgeable about his trade. Showed up on time and has a very good work ethic. My job had difficult problems but Martin didn t have any trouble working through them. I highly recommend them to all .

Martin called within minutes of my search. He came to look at the backsplash in the kitchen about 2 hours later, gave me a quote and I went to purchase tile that day. He and another worker arrived the next morning, and they finished by early afternoon. They did a beautiful job, and both were courteous, tidy, and helpful.

Very nice and pleasant to deal with. Very expensive for the quality of work but they showed up and did the work. I would use them again under a clear and concise agreement and lots of supervision. They are not craftsman but good workers.

Martin & his crew did a great job. I'm a perfectionist and they exceeded my expectations. My floor required a master tile installer to solve all types of difficult issues. Floor not level, room not square, a row of old tiles to be removed very carefully. He solved every issue with no drama and they were a pleasure to work with. Martin gave me an excellent price and the work was done very quickly. Happy to have found good people. Will work with again in the future.

Shortly after the search on HomeAdvisor Martin called us back. The very next day he was at our house to give us a free estimate. We decided to do the project with him, so next day he started. Beautiful job, he did come every day till the end of the project. I can not express how happy we are with him. We had a very bad experience with previous contractors. Martin is very professional and knows what is going and can give the customer what they want and expect! Definitely working with him in future! Installation of tile at my patio was top notch. Martin is a professional and takes pride in doing a good job. Constantly using level to ensure flooring would be perfect. Look no further for an EXCELLENT tile installer. Martin and his crew did an amazing job. From the moment I requested quotes, Martin was #1 in customer service. He offered me his expert opinion on how to lay the tile properly and provided me with a fair price. He followed up with me and we set a time frame to complete the job. Martin showed up on time on work day one. He expected to be finished in 5 days and he was. His crew was hard working and didn't waste time. They also were diligent in clean up. When the job was completed, Martin reviewed all the work with me and was willing to do extra work at no additional charge. I only wish I had more jobs for him and a working budget. But I can assure you that when I do, Martin at Flooring Specialist is who I will be calling, you should too! I WAS NEVER MORE FULLY CONFIDENT WITH ANY CONTRACTOR.
