We recently had our bathroom tile replaced on the walls and floors . I would recommend Flooring by Designs to anyone in the market for a perfect and professional job at a reasonable price. Everything was fine until installers gouged my wood floors moving oven into hallway. Aside from denying they did it..they were unprofessional. Spoke to owner who promised to send finishers to fix problem..but never heard from anyone. Balance due not paid until damage is fixed.

the installers damaged the floor and there was much difficulty trying to find a resolution that would work within OUR time frame . We finally gave up . The company was willing to work with us but only ON THEIR TERMS

After nearly exhausting myself trying to find a firm with whom I felt comfortable to install tile in my halls and kitchen and my bedroom floors refinished I found Flooring by Design. Working with Heath was very easy; he had a great feeling for design and color. The installers were polite, excellent and finished the jobs in a reasonable time. Very happy with the results and will use Flooring by Design again.
