Flooring By William Yanez - Home Facebook

DO NOT use this flooring company. Horrible work. Flooring by Will Yanez. He did not listen to or remember what I requested in the quote process, did not calculate doorways(there were only 5), did not caulk where we discussed, uneven baseboards to match the angle of stairs, boards not flush to other joints they made, paint left on floors in touch up spots and a miss-glued flooring joint that looks like a kid did it. 2 days to do turns into 5 working days and week and a half later it is still not complete. Workers do not understand English and cannot respond to your requests.

Started out good on the first job. The installer who started the job was great. That fellow left and another came to do another part. He was pretty good as well. Then it happened, all the good installers disappeared. William does not do the tile work himself, he subs it all out. The latest installer speaks almost no English, drives from Tampa so is not on the job until 9:30 am. He is a complete slob, does sloppy work, and left a mess. I have had to call them back to re-do and fix numerous things, such a headache. As of today, William told me there was no way to-do or fix the poor job they had just completed. By the way, it was 2 rows of 3x6 tile glass backsplash only 12 long in total so square and it was $400. Well, guess what, we removed the tile and fixed it ourselves. I sent him photos and stated that perhaps I should hire a skilled installer with the correct tool to which he replied OK. OK!! Really, just OK? So while they once have been decent, my advice now is run in the other direction.

Would definitely hire again!

Very professional and good work ethic. Would definitely hire again!

Prompt, courteous, efficient, did a great job of installing 200 sf of 17x26 stone look tile on my lanai with tight grout lines. Looks so good you wouldn t know it s tile. Highly recommend this installer. Also very fairly priced.

Who you hire is not who does the work, misleading, unprofessional and he does not have experience.

Overall a good experience. There was some miscommunication on the final bill. The workers did not always show up on time. Everything was done as explained. We got porcelain tile that looks like wood. The final product makes our home look a lot better.

Very prompt and professional. Highly recommend.

Timely

Awesome job and experience

The job will get done right the first time.

William performed good quality work for a fair price. He installed my bathroom shower tile which included sloping shower tile into the shower drain, and the bathroom tile floor. He was reliable, he was on time and communicated everything alone the way so there were no surprises. I would hire William Yanez to do my tile work again.

Highly commend William and crew for their flexibility to work on a Saturday and Sunday to do my porcelain baseboard project. It was important that I was familiar with tiling to ensure that the grouting be done on the day after tiles were installed with thinset. Waiting allows the thinset to dry 12-24 hours. The end result looks great, their cleanup was spot on, and the references William provided spoke about the high quality of work you can expect.

This tile service was excellent. They had great communication throughout the entire process. Their final product was completed in impressive time. the quality of their work is superb. I would recommend this company to anyone on home advisor. The value for the price is competitive.

messy, dirty, careless, no respect for personal belongings, have to clean up after them daily. the tile job it self was excellent, but you have to put up with the grief. cleanup after the job completed was a monumental task!

The owner, William Yanez, was a pleasure to work with. He maintained constant communication, I was not in the state and the home was unoccupied, sent progress reports with pictures, and took on a difficult task which required many tile cuts, cornering, etc. The project was completed on the agreed upon schedule, and I was very pleased with the work. Strong recommendation.

Very unprofessional They made many mistakes They don't clean their mess Smokers they left cigarettes everywhere in my driveway Had to call them back many times for them to come and fix mistakes they never came to owned told me they fire tile person that he ll send soneone else .... I m still waiting after 3 weeks Work was paid for it already Bad experience

No mess was left, but some grout needed to be scraped that wasn't done.

This was a hard job to find someone who could do it and they came through 100%. They were really easy to work and they did a great job!
