Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
Arrived on time, bit concerned about leaving dirty spots for the money spent. After using my Bissel pet pro, I was able to clean them. I just thought a professional cleaning would be better than what I could do with my own machine. I also did not expect to have to reclean afterwards. While it was not what I expected, maybe something was wrong with the equipment, other people seemed to have better luck.

"Strange! She gave our cleaning technician a tip and then never called back with any concerns or complaints. Did she mention her carpet is 30 years old and she runs a Doggy Day Care!!! We always will go back when customers have a concern. If we still cannot correct the issue we will refund the cost of the area that was cleaned. When we saw this review we tried calling her and have sent her a letter offering her a refund and have still not heard back from her. I certainly wish she would have contacted us first before writing a less then good review."

wow! I'm so impressed and happy to have found Blake and Floormart! I got a call from Blake within 30 minutes of filling in the Service Magic form online; he arrived when he said he would (the same afternoon), and completed the job of removing old carpet and pad from the basement staircase and installing new carpet (that I already had) in about an hour. He even hauled away the old carpet and pad. All in one day, at a great price, and with the utmost professionalism. I will definitely call Floormart again, and highly recommend them!

Overall a good experience and the stair runner looks great. Only comments would be to provide better documentation in detailing the work to be done and a little bit more post installation clean-up.

He was on time, professional, courtious and did a great job stretching the area of carpet I needed done. They were fast and charged me according to what service I needed done, and not just a "Minimum service charge" like everyone else quoted me. I will definatley be contacting them again for future jobs!
