He was on time, professional, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet, and the price he originally quoted was the price he charged. In addition to being a skilled craftsman, he also interacted well with his customers by listening to their concerns and addressing them. I plan to use this company again.

Ask more questions about difficult stains and residue left after carpet dries. Also the edge next to the walls of the carpet need a special tool for cleaning.

I spoke with the cleaner earlier in the week and he stated that to clean a 3 part sectional it would be $100 to do the job. I was so happy with the price that I immediately told my husband that we couldn't pass up getting it cleaned by this company for that price. The cleaner came, introduced himself and confirmed I wante te sectional cleaned but didn't mention the price again before cleaning it. I had went to the ATM day before and specifically taken out only )100 because that is the price I was quoted. Well after an hour of cleaning, and I paid him, he looked at the $100 and said I must
