customer service was very poor James was not professional James quoted prices off his head and how he was feeling that day, he wrote measurements on an old piece of paper, when he came back he completely forgot who I was and the prices he originally quoted, he also did not bring the same carpet samples the second time, once I finally made my choice and confirmed the date I had to call him the day before to ensure someone was actually coming out, he said between 9am and 10am one person came at 12noon the carpet was not the carpet I chose the quality was very cheap and the color was off, James refused to come and look for himself at the job, my carpet was not finished until after 9pm 2 items were broken in my house with this install,which was a major problem I will never use this company ever again nor will I recommend this company. Had I checked the reviews on Google I would have never hired him for this job. James does not have a good reputation.

Quick and easy 5 stars!

Give actual installers a 4 stars, they were fast, efficient, and only did what their manager James told them. The installers, installed carpet, and entrance, hallway, and kitchen flooring; but did not put the cole Base back, and the finishing was unsitely, so I had to advise James, the manager that although it's not practice for them to put Cole Base up, it was there , and they tore it down; so it was only fair that they put it back. Well, to say the least, it took several calls, and messages before I finally got him to keep his word, on replacing what he ordered; to be taken down. It took 3 months for him to get tired of me calling, and messaging him to send an installer, back to finish the area, where the cole Base was removed. This was bad business practice. The customer service I received was ridiculous. James is arrogant, and needs to be coached on respect, and the importance to keep your word, when you're dealing with customers. If you can't keep your word, you are in the wrong business.

I am happy with the work done by Floors At UR Door. They were professional amd responsive to my needs.

Having requested quotes from a number of carpenters we are so pleased we chose James. James and his carpenters were fantastic! They did a excellent job on replacing all the carpet in our home. James was friendly, professional and reliable.

Two of the reasons I choose this company was because the price was reasonable and he didn't pressure me into a contract right away. He was aware I had other contractors coming in to give estimates. The only problem I had was I received a call the morning of the install and he didn't have enough of the color I choose to complete the install that day. However he brought me samples of colors that were close enough. The install was completed in 1 day. So far I am satisfied. I would recommend this company. Just make sure he checks the warehouse early to make sure he has the color of your choice.

Floors At Ur Door did a very good job with our carpet installation and paint. They were timely with giving us an estimate and starting the project. They did quality, cleaned up after themselves and my home looks great.
