It was a very destroyed old wood floor and Jody made it beautiful again. He was easy to communicate with and worked non stop till the completion.

The work done was appalling. The damage to my home is unbelievable and includes damaged walls, damaged doors, damaged stair rails, damaged cabinetry, and damaged baseboards. He even got the wood floor stain on 4 bedroom carpets. Some basic measures such as taping things off would have prevented the majority of this. I wish I could attach pictures of what he has done to the wood floors themselves, nobody in their right mind would think it is acceptable. I consulted with another company and they agreed it should never have been done in this manner or look as it does. No stage of it was done properly. He appears to have no experience with refinishing floors.

Jody worked very hard for three days to refinish the tired floors in three rooms of the house. The results were excellent!
