Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace

My first review was a 5 star rating and we were so happy and hopeful about what we were seeing. However, after 5 weeks and the job still not finished, we were becoming more and more disheartened, there is dried glue foot and finger prints all over the top of the floors, in spite of what we were told, it did not come off. We have been on our hands and knees and it is still leaving a residue on the floor. There are some holes in our walls, since the wood hit the walls while they were carrying it from room to room, there is glue on our walls, and door knobs and it appears that we either have to have someone come in and strip and refinish our new prefinished floors, or put new flooring down over this new flooring. I really do believe that Brandon took on more than he could handle, and could not get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Now I have to try to fine someone who will fix and finish the job.
