Bruce was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, especially during the floor selection phase which was not easy as my wife and I are tough customers... I am a General Contractor, and my wife is an Architect, and we are very picky to say the least. :) Ultimately, with the unwavering help from Bruce, we selected Driftwood French White Oak which we absolutely love. As soon as we made our selection, Bruce organized his teams and executed the work seamlessly. All of his teams were exceptionally professional, neat, clean and organized... And we could tell they definitely take pride in their work. Starting with the demo crew; they removed our old flooring in record time and left the place spotless upon completion. They did a great job protecting everything and removing all of the waste from the house and property. Once the demo crew completed their work, Bruce sent in the installers to inspect the slab for imperfections and made the corrections where necessary, so the installers had a smooth canvas to work with. The team of installers were true craftsmen (and craftswomen - husband and wife team). They did an amazing job throughout the entire house including the intricate detail around the stone wall fireplace... they really did a beautiful job! We will be using Floors with Distinction for all of our upcoming projects (both residential and commercial)... Highly recommended!
