Vincent was a pleasure to deal with, he was prompt and did the job for a very reasonable cost. My tile looks better than it ever has which makes me very happy. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Vincent again.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Customer service was nonexistent he would not even respond back, and he told me he was going to do certain things and then lied to me and said he did it but he didn't because I had paper around my sink and floor and the paper was not wet. He told me the floors were as good as they were gonna get and that is not the case because I got down and scrubbed the tile after already paying the professional. All I wanted was for him to come back and complete the spot treatments, I offered him that 3 separate times and he never responded. I have videos and pictures.

I hired Mr. Vincent to clean my microfiber furniture that I have had for a little over 18 years. They had never been professionally cleaned before so I was a little bit apprehensive about the whole procedure. Vincent was punctual and his work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone and will definitely use this company, again in the near future..

Tile & Grout Cleaning
One word... AMAZING!! From our first interaction through messaging, then phone and lastly in person we received nothing but complete professionalism. The grout in my moms unit (2 bathrooms, kitchen, and small hallway) had not been touched in over 20 years and now it looks brand new!!! We could not be more pleased with just how great these floors came out and how little it cost! My mom is so excited to spread the news to everyone in her building! Look no further when you need your floors done, this is definitely the person to call!!

I paid $50 to get an assessment and measurements. The installers did not want to install until the materials were out in the rain. I contacted Home Depot to schedule delivery and installation together. Installation was aborted.
