The flooring came out exactly as I had hoped. Good communication during quoting and scheduling. The crew did a great job taking care of furniture and moving through the house with care. They cleaned up well, minus construction dust that took a few days to clean up, but overall still 5 stars.

"We are truly sorry to see that the customer is not happy with the job which was done a year ago. Although we tried to reach out to them to see if there is anything wrong with the installation after a year so we can take care of it with no success to reach them. We make sure at the time of the sale for patching jobs customer understands the new patching are will not be matched with the old floor due to age of the floor and fading. Here is the text message we found on record: ''''The wood is engineered and we have this color but new wood look a little different than old one because of fading."

The staff was on time and worked diligently the entire time they were here. They had excellent attention to detail and were able to answer any questions we had. We got two other estimates, well one other one. The third could not refinish handrails, and Floor Bay's was the best. I, as with others, read the reviews and they had a comparable price but the reviews are what made me pick them.
