Update 5 years later: We had issues with the flooring in the kitchen but Sam offered an excellent price to make it right and fix the issue. I would work with them again.
Very convenient, quick and thorough. We love our new floors and carpet, and Sam was very easy to work with.

My wife and I just worked with Floorsbay to remove our old carpet and replace it with LVP and we are thrilled with our experience with Sam and the team. From the start, Sam was responsive to our emails and answered all of our questions, of which we had many. When the team came over to replace the floors, they did our 3 story house in just 2 days and everything looks incredible. Very happy we went with Floorsbay and thankful for the great work.

Replacement wood laminate flooring did not match and is uneven.

"We are truly sorry to see that the customer is not happy with the job which was done a year ago. Although we tried to reach out to them to see if there is anything wrong with the installation after a year so we can take care of it with no success to reach them. We make sure at the time of the sale for patching jobs customer understands the new patching are will not be matched with the old floor due to age of the floor and fading. Here is the text message we found on record: ''''The wood is engineered and we have this color but new wood look a little different than old one because of fading."

The staff was on time and worked diligently the entire time they were here. They had excellent attention to detail and were able to answer any questions we had. We got two other estimates, well one other one. The third could not refinish handrails, and Floor Bay's was the best. I, as with others, read the reviews and they had a comparable price but the reviews are what made me pick them.
