Zona Floors is a full service flooring contractor servicing all of Maricopa County. We are licensed (ROC #336899), bonded, and insured. We offer and will bring out to your home (or business) all major flooring manufacturer's products. From Luxury vinyl planks (LVP), Laminate, Tile, Wood, and Carpet. We also specialize in showers and backsplashes. We will also provide "Installation Only" estimates for those customers that have already purchased their flooring products. Zona Floors was created by bringing in the top project managers, installers, salespeople, and customer service personnel....all to form a flooring company that puts the customer first, and stands behind their work. from initial call to estimate to final installation (07/27/2024), everything was excellent. i was really impressed particularly with Jacob. He was so flexible with all my request and answered all my queries. he was never pushing to sell any of the product OR services. on top he gave me employee discount. I highly recommend them.

Install Wood or Stone Laminate Flooring

I highly recommend Zona Floors!!! I hired them to install some Pergo flooring that I purchased, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did!! Audrey came out for an estimate right away and was able to schedule me within a couple of days of contacting them, which I really appreciated because I was looking to have the floor done as soon as possible. The guys that came to install the flooring were on time and did such a great job. Their attention to detail was impeccable!! The floor looks absolutely perfect without any defects! I look forward to working with them again when I'm ready to install the remaining flooring. A service!!!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
