Do not use Florence carpet or tile! They continuously misled me and outright lied for 4 months while I was waiting on my $7000 carpet and tile order! When I finally canceled it, they told me I would have a refund by the next Monday... I did not! Then the next Monday, when I called for the fifth time to see why my check still had not arrived, they told me my carpet was in! After 4 1/2 months, my installer was no longer available! After finally getting my carpet installed by FC&T, my installer came to install my tile, and he asked where the reducers were. I had failed to order the matching trim to connect my tiles to my carpet! They totally made this a nightmare! On top of that, I was told by my installer that my carpet was not stretched tight enough and will have to be redone!
