HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HE WAS REALLY NICE. HE GOT THE JOB DONE REAL QUICKLY.

Very unreliable. Does not show up and does not inform customer via text. Payment was given in advance for the month and failed to mow the lawn two times because he knew the owner was moving.

Juan did a fantastic job for both front and backyard. He’s super responsive and on time which I care about on top of the actual service. Highly recommend and will book again

Mr. Juan promised to come over do the 1st service yesterday Wednesday @ 12;00 that is after we agreed on the price the work to be done I thought we both were happy I was very anxious to see him but unfortunately he did not show up I called his # many times left so many messages but no answer. Thank you, Juan, I thought you were the friend that I depend on but it looks that I was wrong Riad - 569 Hemlock Ave. Millbrae.

Juan was professional, kind and thorough. He did all of the things I needed done in my yard (which was two months of overgrowth from the winter!) and I am so pleased with his work! Juan performed an initial bi-weekly service. Juan and his associate was thorough and was respectful of our home. I look forward to consistent and timely maintenance services.

After a month without lawn maintenance, I was happy to pay Juan Flores a one time $300 fee for getting my yard in shape. I would not have hired him at all if he had not said he would come back every other Monday for regular maintenance. On the appointed day I called when he was one hour late and he did not seem to remember me or where my home is. He did say he could come at around 2:00 as he would already be in the area. He never came. He hasnt responded to phone calls. Now my grass is as high as it was when he did the initial clean up. I was very happy with the work he did and happy to have found him. Now I am very disappointed.

Juan Flores is a very personable man, easy to work and talk with. He left my yard cleaned up after the weeding and pruning was done. I have hired him to do monthly maintenance..I am very pleased with his work.

Our agreement was 2 gardeners 45 minute each but only one gardener showed up who worked one hour and 18 minutes per my video recorder.

Juan Flores made suggestions to improve my yard and crew did an excellent job.

On the day he was suppose to come he missed the appointed time and I had to follow up. I prefer when someone makes time they keep time.
